The Cairns Convention Centre is located adjacent to the Cairns City Centre and is only a 10 minute drive from Cairns Airport. The Centre is Australia's first environmentally designed major public building and have won awards for their energy and resource conservation. Whilst not having it's own accommodation, it is very close to a range of accommodation options.
