Registration Details

The Full Delegate Registration fee includes:
    * all delegate materials (name tag, satchel, abstract book),
    * lunches, morning teas, afternoon teas
    * a ticket to the Conference Dinner

The Day Registration fee includes:
    * all delegate materials (name tag, satchel, abstract book)
    * lunch, morning tea, afternoon tea for the specified day

Note for those bringing PARTNERS. There is no all inclusive partner registration. The convention centre is 5 minutes walk from accommodation and given the variety of tourism activities on offer, it is considered unlikely partners will go to the convention centre other than for the main functions. When registering you can purchase partner tickets to these functions. On the first night at the Welcome Function, there will be a tour desk where day activities for partners can be selected and booked. More information on pre and post conference tours can be found on on the appropriate menu tab.  

REGISTRATION PROCESS
Please use the above link to register for the International Conference on Magnetic Resonance in Biological Systems.
In 2010 ASN is introducing their new registration system. The first step is to record your personal details on your own ‘dashboard’. If you have already completed it for your abstract or another ASN event, you will not have to repeat this, just login to your ‘dashboard’.
As you complete any section of the ‘dashboard’, you will receive a confirmation email.
You can use your email and password to access your registration at any time to make any necessary changes, coming back to it over a period of time as you are ready to confirm more detail.    

REGISTRATION PAYMENT
A secure site is provided for online payment of your charges. This has its own section on the ‘dashboard’. The payment options are:
Credit card -  visa or mastercard
Cheque  (either personal or from your institute)
Direct debit  (you will be emailed banking instructions upon application)
An Australian Tax Invoice will be provided for all registrants once registered. You can reprint this and your receipt from your ‘dashboard’ at any time.
The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars.
All online registrations are checked by the secretariat. If there is any query they will contact you. If you wish to make changes r additions after you have registered, return to your ‘dashboard’. The ‘dashboard’ also keeps a record of any abstract you have submitted.

EARLY BIRD RATE PAYMENTS
If your registration was made before the early bird deadline expiry, but the payment was not made at the time and has not been received by two weeks after the deadline, the early bird discount will be removed.

NATIONAL DELEGATES
Cheques are to be made payable to the “International Conference on Magnetic Resonance in Biological Systems”. MasterCard or Visa are accepted.

INTERNATIONAL DELEGATES
Payment may be made by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or by bank cheques in Australian dollars drawn on an Australian Bank and made payable to the “International Conference on Magnetic Resonance in Biological Systems”. Any changes to the booking details should be directed to the conference secretariat who will endeavor to accommodate the request.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of A$100 if made in writing before Friday 23rd July 2010. No refund is payable after that date but registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty.
