For those who have sucessfully had their abstract accepted as a poster presentation into the conference program they will need to follow the below information regarding their presentation.
Your poster abstract will be given a number and posted in the program book.

There are 4 sessions in which your presentation could be displayed. Session times are below:

Sessions 1 and 2 are numbers (poster numbers 1 - 160)
Odd numbers are session 1
Even numbers are session 2

Sessions 3 and 4 are numbers (poster numbers 161 - 320)
Odd numbers are session 3
Even numbers are session 4

Sizing
Posters should note the maximum size allowed is 100cm wide by 120cm deep. Velcro will be available to fix the poster to the boards. You can collect the velcro from the conference registration desk.
